Green Screen Remover Guide

Remove green or blue screen backgrounds with chroma keying, entirely in your browser.

Overview

The Green Screen tool keys out a solid background color from your footage and replaces it with transparency, a solid color, or a custom background image. Because the chroma keying runs locally with FFmpeg compiled to WebAssembly, your footage is never uploaded.

Key Features

  • Green, blue, or custom key color
  • Similarity and edge-blend controls
  • Transparent WebM (alpha) output
  • Solid color or image backgrounds

Use Cases

  • Removing a green screen from talking-head videos
  • Replacing the backdrop with a branded image
  • Exporting transparent WebM overlays for editors and OBS

2

Pick the key color (green, blue, or custom)
